In this hands-on class you will be learning the basics of making pasta. We will be using a manual pasta machine to make simple fettuccine and ricotta-filled ravioli and making egg-free pasta with semolina flour (cavatelli, strascinati or fusilli). We will be enjoy a plate of pasta with a delicious simple sauce and a complimentary glass of wine or Prosecco. You will be able to take home extra pasta you make, to share with your family and friends. Homemade snacks will be available throughout the class.

This is a hands-on class with one-on-one tuition (and your own pasta board and pasta machine) with a maximum of 7 participants.

The class runs from 11 am - 2pm.

You will receive a take-home recipe booklet. Remember to bring an apron as pasta-making can be quite messy.

If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to 72 hours (3 full days) notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class.

When purchasing the class you will be asked for a shipping address - just enter a home or work address (I will not use it for anything, it is just how My Big Cartel works).
