This book contains eighty-five recipes from Italy’s street food scene, which I researched in December 2015 on a whirlwind tour up and down the boot of Italy.
It is a journey and story into the rhythm of the daily life of locals who love eating on the street, in laneways and in hole-in-the-wall bars. Recipes include authentic polpettine, arancini, fiadoni, zeppole, tarallini and cannoli. All recipes, food photography, food styling and the majority of the street photography is mine. The book is paperback and has 285 pages.
You will need to either collect the book from me directly (I live in North Fitzroy) or it can be posted to you.
If you want it posted, please email me. Postage will be billed separately and is between $14-16 for a single book depending on where in Australia you live. The cost of postage of two or more books to the same address can also be arranged.
