In this hands-on class you will be learning the basics of making egg pasta and coloured pasta. We will be using a manual pasta machine to make simple fettuccine, corzetti and ricotta-filled ravioli. We will be enjoy a plate of pasta with a delicious sauce and a complimentary glass of wine or Prosecco. You will be able to take home extra pasta you make, to share with your family and friends. Homemade snacks will be available throughout the class.

This is a hands-on class with one-on-one tuition (and your own pasta board and pasta machine) with a maximum of 6 participants.

The class runs from 11 am - 2pm.

You will receive a take-home recipe booklet. An apron will be provided.

If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to a week's notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class. You can transfer your spot to a friend at any time.

When purchasing the class you will be asked for a shipping address - just enter a home or work address (I will not use it for anything, it is just how My Big Cartel works).
