Join renowned Greek cookbook writer Meni Valle and me for an Italian and Greek feast of appetisers. We will be demonstrating the making of six delicious and moreish appetisers: Italian chickpea panelle, stuffed mussels, and "polpettine da bar", and Greek prawn saganaki, cheese boureki and vegetarian stuffed eggplant rolls, and sharing the feast with a glass or two of wine.
The class starts at 4.30 pm and runs about two hours. You will receive take-home recipes and be able to purchase signed copies of Ikaria: Food and Life in the Blue Zone; Adriatico: recipes and stories from Italy's Adriatic Coast and the newly released edition of Italian Street Food.
The class is limited to 12 people. If there are fewer than 8 participants, the class may be cancelled and your money refunded. If you are unable to attend you can transfer your spot in the class to a friend.
When purchasing the class you will be asked for a shipping address - just enter a home or work address (I will not use it for anything, it is just how My Big Cartel works).
