There is nothing quite like making pastry from scratch and it tastes so much better than store bought pastry. You will learn all the tips and tricks to making THREE types of pastry in this part demonstration, part hands-on class: (1) vegetarian hand-pies with dairy-free olive oil pastry; (2) a seasonal vegetarian tart with a buttery shortcrust pastry and (3) individual seasonal fruit tarts with a rough puff pastry. We will be starting the day with coffee and home made biscotti and share our three pastry creations over a sit down lunch, which will be served with complementary wine. The class is limited to 7 people and runs from 11am to about 2pm (probably a bit later).

You will receive a take-home recipe booklet.

If there are fewer than 4 participants, classes may be cancelled and your money will be refunded. If you are unable to attend a class with up to 72 hours (3 full days) notice, you can obtain a credit for a future class.

When purchasing the class you will be asked for a shipping address - just enter a home or work address (I will not use it for anything, it is just how My Big Cartel works).
