This book contains eighty-five recipes from Italy’s street food scene, which I researched in December 2015 on a whirlwind tour up and down the boot of Italy.
It is a journey and story into the rhythm of the daily life of locals who love eating on the street, in laneways and in hole-in-the-wall bars. Recipes include authentic polpettine, arancini, fiadoni, zeppole, tarallini and cannoli. All recipes, food photography, food styling and the majority of the street photography is mine. The book is hard cover and has 285 pages.
